I stayed in a Superior Room with Terrace, and the space was very nice! The ample room allowed me to unwind comfortably, making my experience feel luxurious despite some other limitations. Plus, the location was perfect, with tons of great dining options within walking distance.

The bathtub leaked continuously, and kitchen amenities were lacking basics like utensils which made it feel underwhelming. Morning noise was an issue. The breakfast variety was limited, and the front desk could’ve been clearer about how to operate the room's key card system.

Unfortunately, check-in took an excessive amount of time due to staff focusing solely on a large group, making other guests wait. Additionally, the elevator malfunctioned during my stay, causing inconvenience when trying to reach my room. Breakfast needed improvement, lacking options like hot dishes that would have enhanced the experience.

I really enjoyed the spacious room with two bathrooms, perfect for our family stay. Breakfast was fantastic, especially thanks to the wonderful service from Ana. The only downside was the room's temperature. it was quite chilly, so we requested extra blankets.
